ANOMALITH ships on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam. There is no PS4 version, no Xbox version and no original Switch version — the Nintendo release is Switch 2 exclusive.
Release schedule
| Platform | Digital | Physical |
|---|---|---|
| PS5 | 28 October 2026 | 12 November 2026 in the West, 29 October in Japan and Asia |
| Switch 2 | 28 October 2026 | Japan and Asia only, 29 October 2026 |
| PC via Steam | 28 October 2026 | None |
The split between 28 and 29 October is a time-zone artefact, not a staggered launch: the publisher's Japanese site dates the game to 29 October JST while the Steam listing shows 28 October.
Switch 2, not Switch
If you searched for "anomalith switch" expecting the original console: the game was never announced for it. The Nintendo release targets Switch 2 hardware, and the Japanese physical version ships as a game-key card rather than a full cartridge.
Physical copies
Western discs are published by NIS America as a PS5-only Launch Edition on 12 November for $59.99. Japan and Asia get their own physical runs on 29 October through Clouded Leopard Entertainment, on both PS5 and Switch 2, priced from HK$350 / NT$1,490 for the standard edition.
PC
The Steam build lists Windows 11 as the minimum operating system and supports Steam Cloud, achievements and leaderboards. Language support is identical across platforms: English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, with full audio in Japanese and Korean.
Physical buyers on PC
There is no disc release for PC. The only physical versions are the PS5 Launch Edition in the West and the PS5 / Switch 2 runs in Japan and Asia.
